This Statewide Mutual Aid Compact ("Compact") is made and entered into as of this ___ of ______________, 20___, by and between ___________________________ (“the Executing Hospital”) and every other Kentucky Hospital Association (KHA) member hospital/health system, or any hospital in a contiguous state that signs an identical Compact (“Other Hospitals”). The Executing Hospital and the Other Hospitals are collectively referred to as the “Participating Hospitals”.
