AGREEMENT entered into this 11 day of December, 2018 by and between the Town of Tiverton, Rhode Island; a municipal corporation hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" and David Robert, hereinafter referred to as the "Employee". As used herein, the term Employer shall refer to either the Town of Tiverton as a corporate entity, or as the immediate supervisor of the Employee, as the context may dictate.
