This MARKETING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of (“Effective Date”), by and between the Municipality of Lakeshore, Ontario (“Municipality”), and Service Line Warranties of Canada, Inc. (“SLWC,” and together with Municipality, the “Parties,” and each, a “Party”).
