("Agreement" or “GIA”) is made and entered into this day of September 2018, by and between ORNI 33 LLC., a Delaware corporation authorized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“Interconnection Customer" with a Generating Facility), and IMPERIAL IRRIGATION DISTRICT, an irrigation district organized under the Water Code of the State of California ("Transmission Provider and/or Transmission Owner"). Interconnection Customer and Transmission Provider each may be referred to as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties."
