This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions (the "Terms") on which East West Bank will provide and you may use the Service and forms part of a legally binding agreement between you and East West Bank. When you click on the “I Agree to accept the terms and conditions” button, you will complete an application to receive the Service, and you agree to accept the Terms, including any amendments to this Agreement or any changes in the Terms. Your application may be accepted or declined by East West Bank based on specific criteria. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not accept the Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept and agree to all of the Terms, you will not be entitled to use the Service. East West Bank reserves the right to change the Terms under which the Service is offered in its sole discretion at any time; however, East West Bank will notify you of any material change to the Terms.
