The undersigned hereby agrees to comply with all rules and regulations for all activities for participation. IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to perform, or being permitted to compete, officiate, observe, work for, or for any purpose participate in any way in the event, THE UNDERSIGNED, personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin, acknowledges, agrees and represents that the undersigned has, or will immediately upon entering the location, and will continuously thereafter, inspect such locations and all portions thereof which the undersigned enters and comes in contact with, and does further warrant that entry area or areas and participation in the event constitutes an acknowledgement that the undersigned has inspected such area and finds and accepts the same as being safe and reasonably suited for the purposes of use, and further agrees and warrants that if, at any time, is in or about areas and feels anything to be unsafe, the undersigned will immediately advise the officials
