This Cloud Computing Services Addendum (“Addendum”), is by and between (“Vendor”), and MADERA COUNTY (“County”). Vendor and County agree that the following terms and conditions will apply to the services provided under the Agreement this Addendum is incorporated therein. The parties agree to take such action as is necessary to amend this Agreement from time to time as is necessary for the parties to comply with the requirements of all applicable federal and California statutes and regulations governing confidentiality and privacy.
