These general terms & conditions govern the contract (hereafter called “Contract”) between Wins S.r.l. manager of the World International School of Torino (hereafter called “WINS”), with registered offices in Milan, via Bernardino Telesio n. 25, Fiscal Code and VAT 09284580967, email admissions@worldinternationalschool.co m and user (hereafter called “Contracting Party”), having as a subject the supply of scholastic services and, in particular, the courses specified in the attachment called WINS fees – available at the following link (hereafter called “Fees”), for the 2019/2020 school year (hereafter called “Courses”).
