THIS AGREEMENT is made as of the 12th day of August 2016, by and between STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a Massachusetts trust company having its principal office and place of business at One Lincoln Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02111 (“State Street” or the “Transfer Agent”), and Ohio National Fund, Inc. (the “Fund”) on its own behalf and on behalf of each series identified on Schedule A hereto and series made subject to this Agreement in accordance with Section 11 below.

THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), made as of September 9, 2014, and to have an effective date with respect to the Fund (as defined below) on or about October 17, 2014 or on a date that is mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties hereto, by and between STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a Massachusetts trust company having its principal office and place of business at One Lincoln Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02111 (“State Street” or the “Transfer Agent”), and HIMCO Variable Insurance Trust, a business trust organized and existing under the laws of Delaware Fund (the “Fund”).
