In connection with the services being provided by Central Address Systems ("CAS") for the undersigned customer ("Customer"), Customer has requested that CAS include, with the materials being supplied by CAS to Customer, telephone numbers of consumers which have registered under one or more "Do Not Call" lists maintained by the Federal Trade Commission, a state agency, and/or the Direct Marketing Association (the "DNC Lists"). CAS shall use commercially reasonable efforts to identify which of the telephone numbers supplied by CAS
