This Contract Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this 28th day of July, 2018, between the Simsbury Board of Education (the “Board”) and Renaissance Learning, Inc. (“Contractor”) (collectively, the “Parties”) for the purpose of identifying the obligations of the Parties relative to the confidentiality of student data.
