THIS FINANCIAL AGREEMENT (hereinafter this “Agreement”), made this day of , 2018, (the “Effective Date”) by and between [BNE URBAN RENEWAL, LLC, an urban renewal entity qualified to do business under the provisions of the Long Term Tax Exemption Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:20-1 et seq., as amended and supplemented (the “Long Term Tax Exemption Law”), with offices at 16 Microlab Road, Livingston, New Jersey 07039 (the “Entity”) and the CITY OF SOUTH AMBOY, a municipal corporation in the County of Middlesex and the State of New Jersey (the “City”, and together with the Entity, the “Parties” or “Party”).
