This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is hereby made and entered into by and between Lawrence County, South Dakota, hereinafter referred to as “County,” and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Region 2, Black Hills National Forest, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service.”
