THIS FACILITY LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of August, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between MACALESTER PLYMOUTH UNITED CHURCH , a Minnesota nonprofit corporation (the “Building Owner”), and LAKE STREET SOLAR MN LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the “Tenant”). Building Owner and Tenant are hereinafter sometimes also referred to in this Agreement jointly as the “Parties”, or individually as a “Party”.
