THIS AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (herein “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day: , (“Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF BANNING, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and CASC ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, INC., a California corporation (“Consultant”). City and Consultant are sometimes hereinafter individually referred to as “Party” and hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
