The Health and Human Services Commission (“System Agency”) and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston on behalf of its Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences (“Performing Agency”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following contract for the mental health/psychiatric residency stipend program (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of “The Interagency Cooperation Act,” Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
