This Second-Tier Subaward Agreement (“Second-Tier Subaward”) is entered into by and between the County of Del Norte as the Subrecipient (“County” or “Subrecipient”);, and City of Crescent City as the Participating Agency (“Participating Agency”), for the Participating Agency to perform the work set forth in this Second-Tier Subaward. The County and Participating Agency are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
