Except for certain types of disputes mentioned in that provision, you and Gradient Learning agree that (1) disputes between us will be resolved by individual binding arbitration, and (2) you and Gradient Learning waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative action.
