This Agreement (" Agreement'') is made and entered into by and between the Dallas College ("Dallas College" or "College"), a Texas political subdivision of higher education, and Mesquite Independent School District ("Mesquite ISD" or "School District"), a Texas independent school district, on behalf of Vanguard High School ("High School"). The High School and College may hereafter be Individually referred to as "Party'' and collectively as "Parties."
