Software Maintenance contract

The Parties have concluded a Contract for the purchase of seca equipment and seca software running on the seca devices (hereinafter referred to as "Purchase Contract"). In addition to this Purchase Contract, the present Contract for the provision of software maintenance services (hereinafter referred to as the "Software Maintenance Contract") shall be entered into and annexed to Purchase Contract as an integral part thereof. On the basis of this Software Maintenance Contract, seca shall render certain maintenance services in connection with the seca software.
