THIS COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT is made on the 14th day of January 2021 pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial Relations Act between the EAGLE SERVICES ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) (and any successors thereto) whose registered office is 51 Calshot Road, Singapore 509927 and the SINGAPORE AIRLINES STAFF UNION (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”) (and any successors thereto) whose address is Airline House, SIN ALH 05-A, Airline Road, Singapore 819829. This Agreement succeeds the Eagle Services Asia Graded Staff Agreement, 2017 .
