This Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”), effective July 1, 2013, is between the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas for and on behalf of the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith (UAFS) and Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA). This agreement supersedes any previous Memorandum of Understanding between UAFS and PCCUA.
