This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 14th day of March, 2019 (the “Execution Date”) by and among Plaintiff Ginnine Fried (“Plaintiff”) on behalf of herself and the Settlement Class, on the one hand, and Defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Chase” or “Defendant”), on the other hand.1 This Agreement is intended by the Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, release, and settle the Released Claims upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and subject to the final approval of the Court. This Agreement is not intended to confer any rights or benefits on any party other than (i) Defendant and the Chase-Related Parties, (ii) Plaintiff, (iii) the Settlement Class, and (iv) Class Counsel (to the extent the Court awards Class Counsel a Fee Award).
