The parties agree that it is mutually beneficial and desirable to establish in this Agreement fair and equitable wage rates, other working conditions to provide for the safety and health of employees during working hours and machinery for the adjustment of disputes regarding the provisions of this Agreement which may arise between the parties. The parties agree that the Memorandum of Agreement dated February forms a part of this Collective Agreement.
