This Master Custodian Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of September 22 2010 by and among each exempted company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands identified on Appendix A hereto (each such company and each company subsequently made subject to this Agreement in accordance with Section 20 below, shall hereinafter be referred to as a “Fund” and references made herein to “the Fund” shall be deemed references to each Fund), and STATE STREET BANK and TRUST COMPANY, a Massachusetts trust company (the “Custodian”).
