This Agreement describes your rights and obligations as a user of the Online Banking Service as provided through the website of Bank of New Hampshire (the "Bank"), www.BankNH.com or through our Mobile Banking app (BeMobile Banking). It also describes the rights and obligations of the Bank. Please read this Agreement carefully. An Addenda pertaining specifically to Online Banking access for businesses is contained within. By choosing to use Online Banking, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any subsequent changes that become effective in such terms and conditions. If you do not agree wi th the terms and conditions, you may not use Online Banking. This Agreement shall apply regardless of the means you use to access Online Banking, including but not limited to, the URL address www.BankNH.com, BeMobile Banking App, or any other means of access. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of this agreement for your records.
