The Offeror, in compliance with your Request for Proposals for the Oklahoma Community Anchor Network Project, having examined the RFP and Statement of Work with related documents and being familiar with all of the conditions surrounding the work, hereby agrees to perform the work required by the contract documents at the price which will be mutually agreed upon between the Offeror and the State during the negotiation phase. The negotiated price will cover all expenses incurred in performing the work required by the contract documents, of which this proposal is a part.
