Upon signing this, (Company name) shall not double broker ANY load tendered by Cypress Distributors, INC. All loads tendered must be transported by trucking company who agrees to this contract. Cypress Distributors, INC. will not tolerate any illegal brokering without WRITTEN consent from Cypress Distributors, INC. Any failure of this agreement will result in NON-PAYMENT.
