This agreement (‘Agreement”) is entered by and between the Downed Bikers Association – Oklahoma City (“Affiliate”) and (“Sponsor”) to set forth the terms and conditions upon which Sponsor agrees to be a local sponsor of Downed Bikers Association – Oklahoma City operations and/or benefit event/s.
