THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as “County,” and the Regional Behavioral Health Authority, through Region V Systems, hereinafter referred to as “Region V.” Collectively County and Region V may be referred to as “the Parties,” and individually each may be referred to as a “Party.”
