Where applicable, additional Exhibits and Appendices may be attached to address more specific Terms and Conditions, e.g. Terms and Conditions specific to certain formats such as e-books, or special purchase conditions such as Perpetual Access, in which case the attached Exhibits and Appendices form part of this Agreement.
