This Interlocal Agreement for Provision of Administrative and Project Services (“Agreement”) is entered into as if the 1st day of January, 2020 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Ellensburg Business Development Authority dba CenterFuse (“CenterFuse”) and the City of Ellensburg (“City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and together may be collective referred to as “the Parties.”
