Proof of Spay or Neuter must be received within 14 days of the procedure. If the dog’s health does not allow this agreement to be honoured, Gulf Coast Corgis must be provided with a statement from your veterinarian that this dog is not yet in the physical and/or emotional condition to perform the surgery. Based upon the veterinarian’s evaluation of this dog you will contact the veterinarian and establish the earliest date the procedure can be done. You will notify the breeder of this amendment in writing at which time all other conditions of this agreement will apply and be enforced. It is the responsibility of the purchaser, not the veterinarian to ensure that Gulf Coast Corgis has received verification that the surgery was performed. Failure to comply by age listed below, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. will be considered a breach of contract and at that time buyer will transport the dog back to Gulf Coast Corgis and will NOT be entitled to any kind refund.
