The submitting Contractor hereby proposes to furnish all materials and to do all the work required to complete the project for which the bid entry is given, in the City of Wichita, in a first-class manner and in strict accordance with the Special Provisions provided and the standard City of Wichita Specifications and the plans and drawings of the same on file in the City Engineer's office at the prices entered.
