In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be family members or friends of Tenant, the maximum of which shall be designated in the maximum occupancy section of this Agreement. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories. Should any unauthorized persons occupy or use the Premises or if the maximum occupancy is exceeded at any time during Tenant’s occupancy, Tenant shall vacate the premises immediately without any refund. No key will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and check-in will not be allowed.
