THIS RECOGNITION AND ESTOPPEL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September , 2014 between THE VILLAGE OF OAK PARK, ILLINOIS, an Illinois municipal corporation and home rule unit of local government (the “Village”), and PNC BANK, National Association (the “Lender”); WDF-3 OAK PARK OWNER, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Developer"), is a party to this Agreement solely for purposes of Section 20 hereof.
