The purpose of this letter is to advise you that 275th Street East adjacent to your property will be paved in the near future. In 2016, the City of Elko New Market and New Market Township reached an agreement with the developer of the Boulder Heights neighborhood which requires the developer to pave the existing gravel portion of 275th Street East, lying east of CSAH 91 and west of Oxford Lane. The development is nearing completion and the developer has indicated they intend to pave the road within the next few weeks.
