THIS LAND EXCHANGE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this day of April, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Gallup McKinley County School District No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as “School District”), a political subdivision of the State of New Mexico pursuant to N.M.S.A 1978 §22-4-1 et seq., and the City of Gallup (hereinafter referred to as “City”), a New Mexico municipal corporation.
