THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this first day of April, 1998, by and between the Township of Fruitport, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and Police Officers Labor Council, hereinafter referred to as the "Union". It is the intent and purpose of this Agreement to promote a sound and mutually beneficial working relationship between the parties hereto, to provide an orderly and peaceful means of resolving any differences, disputes or misunderstandings which may arise, and to set forth the basic and full agreement between the parties concerning wages, hours, and other conditions of employment.
