This PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of last date written below (the “Effective Date”) by and between MILLER FAMILY REAL ESTATE, L.L.C., a Utah limited liability company, and its successors and assigns (“Buyer”), and the BOARD OF EDUCATION OF CANYONS SCHOOL DISTRICT, a Utah political subdivision (“Seller”). Buyer and Seller are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
