Principals must complete and sign this agreement to certify that their school will comply with all Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) requirements for conducting and administering VCE external assessments (this includes the General Achievement Test - GAT, all VCE examinations and the Extended Investigation Critical Thinking Test and oral presentation).
