On September 19, 2005, EGIX Network Services, Inc. (“CLEC”) exercised its right pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 252 (i) to adopt the interconnection agreement, as amended, between Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a SBC Illinois (“SBC Illinois”) and Level 3 Communications, LLC. Upon approval by the Illinois Commerce Commission, the agreement so requested by CLEC became the interconnection agreement (the “Agreement”) pursuant to 47 U.S.C. §§ 251 and 252 between SBC Illinois and CLEC. Pursuant to this Amendment, the Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
