Except to the extent otherwise agreed in the Agreement, pursuant to Section 15(a) of the General Terms and Conditions, this Annex A - Data Processing Agreement (this “Annex”), is entered into by and between Customer and Ecolab and forms part of the General Terms and Conditions entered into by the parties. This Annex applies to and takes precedence over the General Terms and Conditions to the extent of any conflict.
