This Lake Wheeler Rowing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the latest of the execution dates of the Parties (the “Effective Date”) by and among the following: (1) the Atlantic Coast Conference, a non-profit collegiate athletic conference with its primary location in Charlotte, NC (“ACC”); (2) Duke University, a private non-profit educational institution with its primary campus in Durham, North Carolina (“Duke”); (3) Greater Raleigh Sports Alliance, a division of the Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau which is an instrumentality of the City of Raleigh and Wake County, North Carolina (“GRSA”); (4) Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources, a Department of the City of Raleigh, North Carolina (the “City”); and (5) The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a North Carolina public university, for its Department of Athletics (“UNC”), with its primary campus in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
