This Joint Use Agreement (“Agreement”) Is entered into by and among Mosaic Ministries Of South Toledo, an Ohio non-profit corporation, with offices at 860 Orchard St, Toledo, Ohio 43609 (“Mosaic”), The University Of Toledo, a state institution of higher education, with offices at 2801 West Bancroft Street, Toledo, Ohio 43606 (“UToledo”). Mosaic and UToledo may collectively be referred to as the “Parties”.
