This Agreement (“Agreement”), is made and entered into effective as of August 2, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), and is by and between The School Board of Duval County, Florida, a body politic and corporate (“District”) and the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce, Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation (“JRCC”). The District and JRCC may be referred to in this Agreement singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.
