By accessing the OTNhub, you agree that all matters relating to the access and use of the OTNhub and/or OH Services shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and that you will comply with all such applicable laws. All disputes or claims in connection with the OTNhub shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Ontario. By using the OTNhub or OH Services, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario to determine any action or proceeding in connection with the OTNhub.
