This First Amendment ("Amendment") to that certain "Economic Development Agreement” dated August 14, 2012, by and between the City of Baytown, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (“City”), Chambers Town Center, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership, and A-S 115 SH 146-IH 10, L.P.(“Developer”), (all collectively referred to as the “Parties”) is entered into on this day of , 2013 (the “Effective Date”).
