This Renewable Ready Subscriber Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on XX/XX/20XX (the “Agreement Date”) by and between Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy, a Wyoming company (the “Company”) and (“Customer”) (individually “Party” and together, “Parties”). The “Effective Date” of Agreement will begin either the date the Renewable Ready program begins producing renewable energy or the Agreement Date, whichever occurs last.
