This Master Service Agreement (this “Agreement”), entered into as of (“Effective Date”), is made by and between Michigan State University, with offices located at 426 Auditorium Rd, East Lansing, MI 48824 (“MSU” or “University”) and _, with offices at _ (“Supplier”). MSU and Supplier are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
